Sunrise Presbyterian Church

Part of the Missions ministry at Sunrise Presbyterian Church involves reaching out into our community to help our neighbors in need.  Going beyond the confines of our community in Cascade County, one of the ministries we support is Intermountain Children’s Home in Helena, MT.  For eight of the past nine years, a group at Sunrise has worked together to decorate a Christmas tree to be auctioned off at the Festival of Trees gala dinner in early December at the Helena Civic Center.  As a result of Sunrise’s FOT committee’s hard work and the congregation’s contributions toward this worthy cause, we have been able to generate more than $100,000 through the annual Festival of Trees auction.  One of the newer cottages on the campus of Intermountain was dedicated and named Sunrise Cottage in honor of our church in 2016.
